Conditions of entry
- The event will be run under Pony Club Rules 2017
- Objections must be lodged in writing to the organiser (within 15 minutes) with £10 deposit
- There will be no refund for withdrawal of entry after the closing date
- Only the designated practice fences may be jumped
- Competitors must be correctly dressed & wear gloves for the dressage phase
- An effective body protector up to standard must be worn for the jumping (see Pony Club rule book for full details.).
- All competitors must wear a Pony Club tagged hat whilst mounted (see Pony Club rule book for full details), We will provide a tagging service for hats not already tagged.
- Ages to be taken as on the 1st January 2017.
- Pony Club competitors who have not passed the full ‘B’ Test may only wear spurs if they have a signed membership card by their District Commissioner.
- You must have your own insurance if you are not a Pony Club Member
Legal Liability
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis
Health and Safety
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Woodland Pytchley Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
All dogs to be kept on leads
Please do not drop litter as this is grazing land.

Dressage
Class 1 ~ D1 Pony Club Test
- Can be ridden in any bit with grass reins / martingale. May have a caller / runner.
- If required class will be divided.
Class 2 ~ Pony Club Grassroots Dressage Test 2016
