DECLARATION OF PLAINTIFF CHRISTINE BAKER IN SUPPORT OF HER MOTION FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS OF SERVICE

I, Christine Baker, declare under penalty of perjury, that the following is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief:

1.  I am the Plaintiff pro per in this action.

2.  I mailed to Defendants Focus Receivables Management LLC (“Focus”), Dana Capital Group “(Dana Capital”), TransUnion LLC (“Trans Union”), Equifax Information Services, LLC (“Equifax”) and NCO Financial Systems, Inc. (“NCO”) the complaint, request for waiver of service, the waiver of service and a copy thereof and a self addressed envelope with prepaid postage and none of the defendants returned the waiver service.

3.  As per the U.S. Postal Service (“USPS”), my mailing with request for waiver of service was delivered to Focus’ registered agent Greg Schubert on 12/18/06 and Focus Receivables filed its 1/8/07 answer. As I had not received the waiver, I asked Focus attorney Cynthia Fulton whether the waiver got lost in the mail or whether she had the waiver, but she refused to communicate with me. I therefore had to pay to have Focus served, at a cost of $65 for service + $2.02 postage for a total of $67.02.

4.  As per the USPS, my mailing with the request for waiver of service was delivered to Defendant Equifax’s registered agent Kent Mast on 12/16/06. I did not receive the waiver and Equifax was served at a cost of $65 for service + $2.02 postage for a total of $67.02.

5.  My 12/13/06 mailing with the request for waiver of service to Defendant NCO’s Treasurer Steven L Winokur was returned because the forwarding order had expired. My mailing to CEO Michael J. Barrist was delivered on 2/22/07, I did not receive the waiver and NCO was served at a cost of $50 for service + $2.02 postage for a total of $52.02.

6.  As per the USPS, my mailing with the request for waiver of service was delivered to Defendant Dana Capital’s registered agent Carol Melber on 2/22/07, I did not receive the waiver and Dana Capital was served at a cost of $65 for service + $4.05 postage for a total of $69.05.

7.  As per the USPS, my mailing with the request for waiver of service was delivered to Defendant Trans Union’s registered agent Prentice Hall on 2/23/07, I did not receive the waiver and Trans Union was served at a cost of $50 for service + $4.05 postage for a total of $52.02.
