6th Grade Team A December 8, 2014
Dear Parents/Guardians and Students:
On Monday, December 22nd, Team A will be ice-skating at the Ebersole Ice Skating Rink in White Plains between 9:00and 11:10a.m. Students will eat lunch in school. Their 3rdperiod teachers will take attendanceand then walk with the students to the rink. Students will return to school after the ice skating session with their 3rdperiod teachers. Please have your child dressed appropriately for outdoor skating.
- The cost of this trip is$5.00(entrance fee for Ebersole Rink).
- Please bring in exact cash or check made out to White Plains Public Schools.
- Skate rentals at the rink will cost $5.00.
- Students must bring that amount of money to the rink on the day of the trip to rent skates. Students should know their shoe size and wear long socks to prevent blisters.
- If the students have their own skates, they may bring them.
- The snack bar will be open for purchases. Your child may want to bring a few dollars on the day of the trip to buy a snack or a drink at the ice rink.
Please complete the following tear-off section of this sheet, and have your son/daughter return it along with the $5.00 entrance fee to Mrs. Cabrera (room 230) no later than Friday, December 19th.

los estudiantes de “Team A” van a patinar en hielo al Ebersole Ice Skating Rink en White Plains el lunes, 22 de diciembre, de las 9:00 as los 11:10 AM. Los estudiantes comerán el almuerzo en escuela. Después de la primeraclase los estudiantes van a clase detercero periodo, adonde su maestro/maestra tomarán lista de cuáles estudiantes están ausente antes de caminar con los estudiantes hacia la pista de patinaje en hielo. Después de patinar los estudiantes regresarana la escuela con su maestro/maestra .
- El costo del paseo es de $5.00 (pago de la entrada a Ebersole Ice Rink).
- Por favor traiga la cantidad exacta o un cheque a nombre de White Plains Public Schools.
- La renta de los patines en el lugar costará $5.00.
- Los estudiantes deben traer la cantidad de dinero exacta para el lugar y para pagar por los patines el dia del paseo. Por favor sepa su talla de zapato y vista medias largas para prevenir ampollas.
- Si los estudiantes tienen sus propios patines, los pueden traer.
- Los estudiantes puede que quieran traer unos dólares extras para comprar un snack o algo para tomar en el lugar.
