When FIFA had the World Cup in South Africa, I got to know some of their leadership. Recently, I found out from their new President Giovanni Infantino what an excellent job you did with the World Cup in Latin America. I also followed up with the Australian Tourism Bureau and learned of the great work you did with them. Their comments convinced me that you would be perfect in a current project that I am working on called Red Dragon

Red Dragon scheduled for 2023 is a mission to Mars. It is my hope to follow up this mission with many more trips to the red planet. The key thing for me, is to develop the technology to transport large numbers of people and cargo to Mars. That's the ultimate awesome thing. It is my ultimate goal to colonize Mars with about 80,000 people and then look to other planets.

There's no rush in the sense that humanity's doom is imminent; I don't think the end is nigh. But I do think we face some small risk of calamitous events. It's sort of like why you buy car or life insurance. It's not because you think you'll die tomorrow, but because you might.

I understand that you and your colleagues have become experts in culture, governments, economic systems and what makes civilizations successful. It will be important that we have a game plan for what works. So what I would like to do is create a new civilization on a planet of your choice.

It should include:

• A title page
• A table of contents
• At least five Illustrations including your favorite place (colored, can be handwritten or graphic design)
• The civilizations history (include any indigenous populations) I understand that you may have to travel to the future to compile this information and I am willing to pay extra.
• A map of the world
• Environmental Plan (if we have to go it is probably because we messed up the Earth, what will you put in place to protect the planet?)
• Describe the government system (including diagrams of government structure)
• Describe the economic system and trade policy (including trade barriers that you will employ) also include their factors of production and how they use them and how they answer the 3 economic questions.
• Laws and Administration (at least 10)
• National Anthem
• Communications/ Technology (includes language and use of technological devices)
• Transportation
• Populace interviews (at least 5 and 5 questions each, illustrate face or whole body of the person))

I will look to see that each segment is done, the creativity shown in carrying out and the thoroughness of its execution. I know that GSI is famous for your GHC briefings but we will not need that service on this project
