Fall Fundraiser-Orange Ruler

Thank You for supporting IVE! We exceeded our school goal with all of your generous donations!! The funds will go towards PTA sponsored programs such as art, gardening, science to go, field trips and much more. Donations will still be accepted online for two more weeks and any donation envelopes can be turned into the main office.

Please feel free to join us at the Fun Run this Friday, October 13.

VISION & HEARING SCREENING: Volunteers are still needed!

October 19-20, 2017

Vision and/or hearing impairment can affect academic performance. During the IVE Vision and Hearing screening day, the PTA provides volunteers to help identify children who need further evaluation. To expedite all students through these tests, 10 volunteers are needed for each shift. Pleasego to IVEPTA.org to indicate which session(s) you can help with:9:10-11:00am,12:45-3:00pmor both!

Please volunteer with us on Thursday and/or Friday,October 19-20.No experience is necessary and volunteers will enjoy snacks and drinks sponsored by the IVE PTA!

Trunk or Treat: Friday, October 27 6:30-8:00pm

Your PTA is looking for many “Trunkers” (volunteers to act as treat givers). “Trunkers” are asked to arrive by 5:30 p.m., hand out treats to the children from 6:30-8:00 p.m. from the trunk of their decoratedcars."Trunkers” can be a group of friends manning one trunk to offset costs and enjoy the camaraderie of the event in providing children with a safe, enjoyable and memorable celebration.
No masks or gore please. Be prepared for lots of “Treaters”

IVE PTA is bringing back Popcorn Friday in a new way!

Popcorn will beFREE OF CHARGE, NO QUARTERS NEEDED!

Popcorn will be served during the afternoon recess.

We will serve 3 grade levels per month on that single Friday.

Popcorn will be served on the following days:

• October 27-1st/4th/Kindergarten

• November 17 -5th/2nd/3rd

• December 15 -1st/4th/Kindergarten

• January 26 -5th/2nd/3rd

• February 16 -1st/4th/Kindergarten

• March 30 -5th/2nd/3rd

• April 27 -1st/4th/Kindergarten

• Tuesday -8:30am-4pm(lunch with a friend during your child's lunch time)
• Wednesday - 8:30am-1:30pm, 6pm-8pm Family Night
• Thursday -8:30am-4pm
• Friday - 8:30am-3:30pm

Procedure For All Volunteers

All volunteers must complete an online application. If you have students at different schools in Issaquah, you only need to fill this out once and will be asked to mark which schools you would like to volunteer at.
