General Aviation aircraft visiting Jersey up to 3 metric tonnes MTOW will be directed to Jersey Aero Club for entry and exit to the island.
Aircraft over this weight will be directed to GAMA Aviation.

Exceptions Christmas Day and Boxing Day (26th December)
The Aero Club is CLOSED
All aircraft parking at the Jersey Aero Club is grass parking
There is no hard standing.
LANDING FEES
Are collected by the Jersey Aero Club on behalf of the Ports of Jersey.
Charges are:
£8.90 aircraft up to 1 metric tonne
£13.36 aircraft up to 1.5 metric tonne
£17.81 aircraft up to 2 metric tonne
£22.26 aircraft up to 2.5 metric tonne
£26.71 aircraft up to 3 metric tonne

From 1st December 2017
A facility charge of £7.50 per aircraft, per visit, will be made for all non Jersey based aircraft.
Jersey Immigration/Customs/Special Branch
Requirements are that your General Declaration is completed and filed prior to your departure to Jersey.
(States of Jersey Website/travel/aviation and maritime to download the PDF) please ensure that you tick the Jersey Aero Club as your local agent.
This is a States of Jersey document and additional form to the UK GAR. It must be completed.
Jersey is a Commonwealth Dependency, not included in the EU or the common travel agreement.
It is essential to present all crew and passengers to the Aero Club Staff on your arrival/departure.
NON EU/UK PASSPORT HOLDERS
Pilots of aircraft arriving from Europe please take note of the following.
1. Pilots and passengers must have a valid passport or ID card.
2. Pilots and passengers with passports from countries not in the EU have to be seen by immigration officers with their passport in order to obtain entry permission.
3. If you are intending to arrive after 1700 local time and you have non EU passport holders on board you must inform the Jersey Aero Club before your arrival. You will then be informed of the arrival arrangements.
FUEL
AVGAS is delivered by bowser to your aircraft upon request to the Aero Club staff. ATF fuel drivers will fuel your aircraft and leave the delivery ticket with the Aero Club staff for payment. The hours of operation for fuel delivery are 09:00 to 16:30. Please see after hours information for fuel outside of these hours. JET A1 is available but cannot be delivered to your aircraft. There is parking available on the South Side of the airfield for you to park whilst refuelling JET A1 . Please ask the club staff for further instructions.
The fuel company does not provide oil, Jersey Aero Club hold a small stock of W100 and W15/50, the operations staff will assist you if you require oil.

Contact the operations team prior to your arrival to advise us of your arrival time, 01534 743990. Arrangements can be made for you. Complete your General Declaration online (States of Jersey Website/travel/aviation and maritime to download the PDF)at least 3 hours prior to yourarrival.
If you are staying overnight we advise that you book accommodation before your arrival, especially over bank holiday weekends and school holiday periods.
Please be aware that fuel trucks will not attend at the club after 16:30. Fuel can be uplifted on stand 20 until 19:00.
After this time fuel is only available with a call out charge of £150.
If you have booked a hire car the collection point is the airport arrivalsterminal approximately a ten minute walk from the Jersey Aero Club. Alternatively most hire car companies will meet you at the Aero Club if you make them aware that you will be arriving at the club, it is advisable to send an e-mail to them or to phone them prior to your arrival.
