You are to write three paragraphs, which includes an introductory paragraph, on the literary elements of allegory and satire in Animal Farm.Specifically, students examine how Orwell uses allegory and satire within the novel. Students should focus on the different characters, situations, and/or how they interact with each other to reveal the theme, or the meaning of the work as a whole. Students’ analyses are not to focus on dialogue or plot events. Each paragraph should use the TIDIDE model for writing. Students are to also use MLA format for the manuscript as well as parenthetical citation for including textual evidence in the novel.
