Unclaimed Freight has my permission to make said inquiries and I hereby release Unclaimed Freight from any liability in making said request or in relying on the information received.

I understand that if I am employed, employment is not for a stated period of time and is “at-will”. Either Unclaimed Freight or I may discontinue the relationship at any time without cause or notice. No practice, written or oral policy of statement by anyone, including Management personnel can alter this employment relationship.

I acknowledge that Unclaimed Freight may request either prior to employment and/or after employment a medical exam or drug testing, and I consent and agree to any such exam, now or in the future. I understand that prior to and/or after employment, a satisfactory result is a condition of employment.

In the event an offer of employment is made by Unclaimed Freight, while in the employ of Unclaimed Freight and for a period of twelve (12) months after my separation of employment, I agree not to solicit business from any client or customer of Unclaimed Freight or any person responsible for referencing business to Unclaimed Freight, for any competitor of Unclaimed Freight or for my own interests if I should become a competitor to Unclaimed Freight. This would only pertain to clients, customers or persons or entities who refer clients or customers if I, during the course of my employment with Unclaimed Freight have had the responsibility of developing, facilitating, maintaining and/or servicing those clients or customers.
