POSITION: HR CoordinatorPOSTING PERIOD: CURRENTLY HIRING

REPORTS TO: Manager – Human Resources & Executive Compensation

Job Summary (Purpose):

This position has the duties and responsibilities of an HR Generalist and reports to the Manager-Human Resources and Executive Compensation. The position is responsible for the administration, record-keeping and basic analytical functions for the Benefit Programs and Human Resources responsibilities at Corporate Headquarters. The position serves as the point of contact/liaison to the Benefits and Payroll Departments in Stonepointe. The position also supports the Leadership Development and Talent Management responsibilities of the Corporate HR Department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain all personnel records and update HRIS system as necessary.
  • Maintain all expatriate files and general HR policy handbook.
  • Administers the annual review process and ensure receipt of all Annual Compliance Statements.
  • Communicate and respond to basic questions regarding company policies and procedures, benefits, etc.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and administer I-9 compliance.
  • Prepare employee announcements, post job openings, conducts post-hire on boarding.
  • Coordinate and assist in annual Open Enrollment program.
  • Ensure eligibility for new hire benefit programs.
  • Research and resolve employee benefit issues.
  • Process requests and maintain records for tuition assistance, matching gift programs, PC purchases and merchandise requests.
  • Track individual “qualifying events”.
  • Aid in the recruitment and interview process for all corporate positions.
  • Prepare and input/process information on new hires, terminations, transfers, salary changes and data changes for all HQ employees and Executives from all domestic business units.
  • Provide administrative backup for Director, HR and Executive Compensation and Manager, HR and Executive Compensation.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 3-5 years prior experience in HR.
  • PHR or SPHR certification required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • High level of confidentiality required, as well as superior interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organizational skill required; solid project management skills.
  • Ability to understand policies and plan operations to insure a high degree of accuracy in all areas of work performed;
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and good proofreading capabilities.
  • On-time and dependable.
  • Team player; flexible; available for overtime, if necessary.
  • Knowledge of significant HR-related laws, i.e. FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, Wage & Hour, etc.
  • Solid understanding of HR concepts
