Work Experience
Telarus Programming Group Draper, UT - 09/2006 – Current (part time consulting)
Full time programmer. Telarus is a small independent company based in Utah and is one of the top master agents for companies like AT&T and Qwest Business.
· Maintained and improved search engine for commercial data/telecom services.
· Created file upload systems using Apache POI Java library
· Built new rate databases and made other improvements using MS-SQL 2008
· Connected with many carrier's XML APIs Using Soap. ACC, AT&T, Newedge, MegaPath, XO, Level3, Qwest, Time Warner, AireSpring and many more.
· Created and improved lead, closer, master agent, equipment vendor and admin back office systems.
· Designed forms, reports and more using HTML, CSS, PHP, Coldfusion and JavaScript.
Cognigen Networks, Inc. Seattle, WA - 03/1999 – 07/2006
Lead Software Developer. Cognigen was a fast growing online marketing business focused on wireless and fixed telecommunications services. While working for the company, it grew from a few thousand to over 200,000 sales agents with more than two million customer accounts created for various vendors.
· Mentored by the founder of the company since 1996.
· Created many complete systems from the ground up - back offices, search engines, premium sites, trouble ticket systems. No 3rd party software used.
· In charge of creating and maintaining MySQL databases, front ends, automated tasks, agent and admin back offices, etc.
· Learned about the evolving field of SEO (type my name Keith Grey in Google)
· Used perl, php, html in FreeBSD UNIX environment.
