Develop and maintain the baseline budget for the health technology component tests and ensures affordability of project together with Transaction Advisor and Senior Manager.

Facilitate and manage value-for-money appraisals among stakeholders.

Facilitate the development of appropriate allocations of (health technology management) services to private partner.

Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management tool, including development of mitigating strategies relating to health technology.
