GIFT DEED

This DEED OF GIFT executed at this the day of 2005 by

Hereinafter called the DONOR which term shall wherever the context so admits, mean and include their respective heirs, successors, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns of the ONE PART;

TO AND IN FAVOUR OF

registered trust, having its registered office at No. represented by its Managing Trustee Thiru. Son of Hindu aged about years and residing at No.

Hereinafter called the DONEE which term shall wherever the context so admits, mean and include their respective successors-in-office, executors, administrators, legal representatives etc. of the OTHER PART;

WHEREAS the lands measuring acres comprised in survey number in N. Village, Taluk, district within the sub registration district of and more fully described in the Schedule below were purchased by the DONOR by sale deed dated. From Thiru and registered as Document No. of Book 1 on the file of the Sub Registrar of

WHEREASthe DONOR very much impressed by the charitable activities being carried on by the DONEE TRUST decided to gift the property more fully described in the Schedule hereunder and the DONEE TRUST has accepted the said offer.

NOW THIS DEED OF GIFT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS: -

The DONOR doth hereby admit and acknowledge and release of the said property more fully described in the Schedule hereunder to and unto the use of the DONEE to hold, possess and enjoy the same together with all facilities attached to the land in any case belonging to or usually held or enjoyed therewith or reputed to belong thereto and all the estate, right, title, interest, claimed and demand whatsoever of the DONOR in and to the said property and every part thereof to have and to hold the said property and every part thereof to and unto use of the DONEE absolutely forever for CHARITABLE PURPOSE ONLY.

The DONOR doth hereby covenant with the DONEE that she has got good and perfect tile, right and interest to convey the said property by way of Gift to the absolute use of the DONEE who may at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly possess and enjoy the said property and receive the profits thereof without any let or hindrance or interruption or suit or eviction or claim or demand whatsoever from or by the DONOR or any person claiming or acting under or through or in trust for the DONOR and that the property hereby conveyed is free from any encumbrance.

The DONOR doth hereby covenant with the DONEE that the property hereby conveyed is free from all encumbrances, charges, claims, liens, demand, acquisition, lease, attachment what so ever and it is not the subject matter of any lispendnce and there is no obligation of any kind annexed to the ownership of the property.

The DONOR doth hereby covenant with the DONEE that she shall always save and keep the DONEE indemnified against all losses, costs and damages that the DONEE may suffer or incur or be put to due to any defect in title of the DONOR or by any reason of the representations and assurances contained in this deed turning out to be incorrect or false or by any reason of any claim or demand at anytime by any person or persons claiming through or under or in trust for the DONOR.

The DONOR doth hereby covenant with the DONEE that she will from time to time and at all times hereafter at the request and cost of the DONEE execute and cause to be done, execute and register all such acts and deeds, things, assurances whatsoever for further and more fully assuring the property and every part thereof unto the DONEE as shall be reasonably required by the DONEE.

The DONOR doth hereby assure the DONEE that the DONOR has paid all assessments, land revenue, public charges and all other statutory levies up to date payable to Government or any public body or statutory authority in respect of the said property hereby conveyed and if such payment now due and found not to have been paid, the DONEE may pay the same and he will be entitled to recover the same from the DONOR.

The DONOR doth hereby declare hat the gift of the property is not vitiated by any of the provisions of the Land Ceiling Act.

The DONOR has delivered possession of the Property to DONEE this day

The DONEE has accepted this Gift

The DONOR further declares that the DONEE is entitled to cause necessary mutations in the Revenue and other public records touching the property hereby conveyed.
