OFFICE ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED ON RENT

Sealed offers are invited from property owners including Govt./PSUs to acquire on lease/rent office premises with a carpet area of 1000 sft with sufficient parking and toilets in a commercial area in Valliyoor for housing our Valliyoor Branch Office.

Interested parties should apply in two bids system viz. “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” in two sealed covers. The necessary formats are available in our Website : (Tenders/RFP) or may be obtained at the above office/ TirunelveliDivisional Office, 1, Post Office Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli – 627 002 during working hours.

In case any owner is having properties in more than one area, separate tenders shall have to be submitted for each area.

The technical bid shall consist of locality / carpet area / specification of construction / no. of toilets for exclusive use / water supply / light, fan, fittings / No. of electrical points / lease period with renewal clause, etc.

The financial bid shall consist of only the unit rate per sq. feet on carpet area and advance expected if any. The rate shall be inclusive of taxes and all outgo.

Both the sealed covers are to be submitted in one sealed cover and sent to the above address i.e., Estates Department, Regional Office : 7 A, West Veli Street, Madurai 625001 on or before 11.00 AM on 31.12.2012. The tender will be opened on the same day i.e., 31.12.2012 at 3.00 PM in the presence of all interested parties. No brokerage whatsoever will be entertained.

(1)Technical details to be submitted as per the Prescribed format (Annexure-B) and to be put up in the envelope duly sealed and super-scribed as “Technical Bid” and mentioning your name, address and telephone no. (if any) thereon.

(2)Financial details to be submitted as per the Prescribed format (Annexure-C) and to be put up in the other envelope duly sealed and super-scribed as “Financial Bid” and mentioning your name, address and telephone no. (if any) thereon.

(3)Both the above envelopes containing “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” of the offered premises are to be put in the third big envelope duly sealed and super scribed as “Bid for Hiring of Branch Office Premises on Lease at Valliyoor” and mentioning your name, address and telephone no. (if any) thereon.

(6)Offers received through post should also reach before the stipulated last date. For offers lost/ delayed in transit, Company will not be held responsible.

(7)Brokers will not be paid any commission by the Company and their every offer must accompany a letter from the owner authorizing them to quote on their behalf.
