Thirtieth Annual Church Mouse Bazaar

Crafters and artisans are invited to participate in the

Fortieth Annual Church Mouse Bazaar

on Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 9:00AM until 3:30PM

inside the church building at:

Gates Presbyterian Church

1049 Wegman Rd., Rochester, NY 14624

Our bazaar always features unique and high-quality arts and crafts. The bazaar is well publicized and includes a snack bar, a home-baked food sale, and hostesses to assist crafters and guests.

We look forward to including as many different types of arts and crafts as possible in our bazaar. ONLY HAND-CRAFTED ITEMS ARE ALLOWED; no commercial items will be accepted unless they are incorporated into a finished product. Also, no food items, no imports, no flea market items, and no agents or dealers are allowed. We request that new crafters send a picture of your art or craft to assist us in assigning space.

The charge for the 4’x10’ space is $30. If your display does not fit within this space (ie. L-shaped displays, extended displays), please purchase additional spaces. There are a limited number of tables available for rent at an additional charge of $7.00 each . Chairs are provided at no cost (please indicate the number of chairs you will need). Send applications in asap-we fill up quickly. Confirmation letters will be sent out in late-July (please provide a self-addressed stamped envelope). Fees are not refundable after Oct. 21, 2016. If we are unable to accommodate you, your check will be returned.

I understand this craft show is from 9-3:30 and will not pack up any earlier than 3:30 pm with set up time starting at 7:00 am.

If crafters pack up before 3:30 pm they will not be invited back!
