General Instructions and Terms

• Please fill in the form below and send via e-mail at fore the 10th of October 2009.
• If you are submitting more that one feature film, please fill out a separate form for each title.

For each participating feature film, 2 English subtitled DVD must be submitted.

• Each applicant can present a selection of up to 3 feature films, completed after 01.01.2008
• Qualifying features should be produced, or co produced by any country in the Balkans, Southeast Europe and theEastern Mediterranean

DVD must arrive in Athens before October the 10th to the following address:

• Please send DVD to the festival with the following statement “Without commercial value, for cultural purposes only”
• Please a stamped self addressed padded envelops for return of the DVD
• Please also enclose digital image saved as TIFF ( 300dpi)

Thessaloniki International Film Festival Agora Video Library

During the Festival, a selection of films not included in the official Festival Program will be available for viewing through the Thessaloniki International Film Festival Agora - Video Library closed circuit server for viewing on demand or on DVD.

The Festival will use the submitted DVD screener of each included film for this purpose, at its own cost. INTRANET (Local Network) will be used for screening, ensuring secure access to the Agora Video Library films. This access is restricted to the Thessaloniki International Film Festival’s guests who have Industry or Press accreditation.

After the completion of the Festival, if requested, rights holders of films included in the Agora Video Library can receive a full list of Industry Delegates (including contacts) who have screened their films, and all data and back up DVDs will be destroyed by authorized TIFF technicians.
