The Scrip Program Allows Band Families to Order Gift Cards at Face Value and Make Money

The scrip program allows band families to order gift cards at face value and make money doing so. Each card earns a rebate from 1-18% of cost that is deposited into the students band account.
Getting Started
Follow these directions to get started. There is a Family User Guide that can be found on the Clark Band website at
- Families must register an account at the website using the unique Clark Band code of:D713D1165143
- Make sure to enter the student’s name for your account so that earnings are apportioned to the right student
- Families with multiple children: it is best to have a single account tied to a single student. The treasurer can work with you for using the funds for different students.
- Once you have an account, you are free to shop at the website and place an order.Each month on the 1st school day, orders are processed. If you are not using the PrestoPay feature (information below), then a check must be placed in an envelope addressed to Darlene Reinhard in the band booster box on or before the order process date.
Using Presto Pay
An exciting new feature of the scrip program is the Presto Pay feature. It allows you to link a bank account and pay directly (no need to send check in at the right time). Another advantage of the Presto Pay feature is that you can make out of cycle purchases that you pay for and receive immediately in the form of an electronic, scannable bar code, or will reload funds onto existing hard plastic scrip cards from previous orders. This means you do not have to plan as far ahead and can buy just what you need when you need it. This optional feature takes several steps to enable on your account see page 16-17 of the User Guide. We also require that you fill out this form and return it to a band officer. This application explains the requirements for holding a presto pay account with the Clark band. One presto pay account per band family is allowed. Family and friends may order through you. So, you collect their money and then submit as an order. The scannable items can be printed and emailed.
Delivery of Scrips
Monthly physical orders are picked up at the scrip chairman’s home (close to school). You will receive an email (sent to the email of record on the ShopWithScrip website).
