Enclosed is the entry form for the 2006 Men’s Club Member-Guest Tournament on July 15th and 16th. The Board has put a lot of time into creating another great tournament. We hope you plan to join us with a guest.
The entry fee for this year’s Member-Guest is $180.00 per team. Entries will be limited to the first 90 teams to return the completed entry form with payment and a copy of their guest’s handicap card. No entries will be accepted after the July 7th deadline. Riding cart reservations, tee time preferences, and Saturday playing partners will be honored on a first come first serve basis.
Remember, your guest must have a current CDGA/USGA or other certified handicap to participate and you must include a copy of it with your application.
If you or someone you know is interested in sponsoring a
hole ($100 includes tee sign and listing in program) or if
you would like to donate something for the raffle or door prizes, please call Bob Zavala @ 630-985-6379.
If you wish to play and do not have a partner, call Bob Chamberlin (630-257-6191) and he will do his best to find you a partner.
Hope you can play.
Sincerely,
Terry

FLIGHTS

Teams will be flighted based upon the team’s combined handicaps. The field will be divided equally into three separate flights.

Each flight will have a winner with ties being decided by a scorecard playoff starting backwards from the 18th hole.

The Overall Champion will be determined by a sudden death playoff between the three flight winners starting on the first hole. The total of the teammate’s net scores will determine the team’s score of each playoff hole.

Example:

On the first hole…

Master Flight Champion has a net score of 8

Open Flight Champion has a net score of 9

PGA Flight Champion has a net score of 8

The Open Flight Champion is eliminated and the Masters and PGA Flight Champions continue on the second hole. They will continue to play until one team is the winner on a hole
