  1. 2 Recommendation Forms – One Recommendation Form must be filled out by a home pastor who is also willing to be a home-based church contact for accountability purposes. The second Recommendation Form can be filled out by an employer or teacher. We ask that all Recommendation Forms be emailed to rom the email address of the pastor, employer, or teacher who has filled out the Recommendation Form.
  1. Medical Form- Please print out the Medical Form for your doctor to complete after a health examination.
  1. Passport and Travel Visa - All interns will need a passport that is valid for 2 years atthe time of application. If the applicant is accepted as a BICF intern, the applicant will need to acquire a travel visa to China.
  1. Photos– Please attach 2 clear JPEG photos of your self. We ask that the first photo be a passport-style photo of your face, with a plain white background. The second photo can be one that you feel represents your personality or interests.
