TECHNICAL PROPOSAL FORM – RESPONSE FORMAT

(DONOR RECRUITMENT)

The technical proposal of the bidders should contain the following minimum information. Bidders are free to provide, any other information that they deem fit and relevant in support of their bid.

A – Overall response and organization

  1. Bidder’s Corporate Profile

-Details of history, scope of services, management structure and organization,strengths and weaknesses assessment of the organization, infrastructure and resources available to deliver the project.

-The registered name of the office for each respective country the contractor is bidding for, with company registration document (s).

-The financial statement in the past 2-years, to ensure that the company is financial viable to run the project.

  1. Description of approach, methodology and work plan to undertake the assignment

-Comments to demonstrate comprehension and appreciation of the objectives.

-The proposed methodology/strategy/ technical specification for completion of the work as detailed in the Terms of Reference. This includes plan on how the contractor aims to achieve its targets by indicating where possible;

  • Number of working days (also with foreseen factors such as festive seasons, weather, and other special situation/condition etc.)
  • Channels mix for example, street, events, B2B, residential, Truck etc.
  • Indication on venues
  • Payment methods, i.e. credit card and debit card/auto debit
  • Sample of creative ideas for donor recruitment activities
  • Business contingency plan

-The performance projection table indicating minimum donor numbers, average gifts, and head-count projection in the minimum and maximum expectation scenario with rationale.

-Information as to delivery schedules, work flow and timelines including other related standard operational policies (i.e. code of conduct, fundraising representative penalty system) for executing various tasks.

-Measures to ensure security and confidentiality of donor’s personal database and financial data as per industrial best practice standards.

  1. The proposed team who will complete the work, including leader, members, experience andcapability.

-CVs of the key staff assigned to the project should be included, together with roles, responsibilities and reporting lines of all staff as well as those expected from UNICEF.

-Number of projected sales task force to carry out the assignment.

* Please note that in additional to the TECHNICAL PROPOSAL FORM, the Technical Proposal envelope shall contain the following documentation:

a)Bidder registration/incorporation documents;

b)Audited financial statements for the past two years;

c)Any other technical information that is relevant to the requirement.

B – Bidder’s Experience and Expertise

(Using the format below, provide information on each assignment for which your firm, and each associate for this assignment, was legally contracted either individually as a corporate entity or as one of the major companies within as association, for carrying out consulting services similar to the ones requested under this assignment.)
