Membership Dues

Single Membership / $30.00 per year before July 1st / $15.000 after July 1st to Dec 31st
Jr. Handler / $5.00 per year / With required adult membership

(NOTE: Regular members must be at least 18 years of age.)

In order to save costs of printing and postage, and to find a timely way of getting information to the membership, we have established a SVCA members-only yahoo group list. Once an applicant is approved for membership, the Membership Chair will contact the new member with an invite to the SVCA Yahoogroup.

I, the undersigned, a member of the Swedish Vallhund Club of America, agree to accept notification of all meetings of the General membership, the Board of Directors or any SVCA committee, and the Newsletter by electronic mail (e-mail) or via the SVCA website. Further, all General Membership Meeting Minutes, Board Minutes, Committee reports including the Newsletter shall be sent via electronic mail. I understand that, by signing this document, that I am releasing the club from any liability should meeting notifications be received late or not at all. The e-mail address that I desire such notification sent to is listed above. I further understand that I may revoke this authorization by written notification to the Board of Directors.

NOTE: To review the Constitution and By-Laws and Suggested Guidelines before signing this, visit in the ”members” section to read each document. If you do not have internet access, please contact the membership committee and copies will be mailed to you.

The application process may take up to 5 months. Once you submit a membership application, your name and address will be posted for membership review, and SVCA allows 30days for member review and input. Then the SVCA board meets to approve applications.
