1 c. chow mein noodles
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. cashews, chopped
6 slices cool, crisp bacon, crumbled

Dressing:

1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tsp. apple cider vinegar

½ cup mayonnaise

Preparation:

Put lettuce in large bowl, make sure to cut it into bite size pieces. Just before serving combine fried chow mein noodles, sesame seeds, cashews and bacon slices. Add the dressing by combining salt, pepper, oil, sugar, apple cider vinegar and mayonnaise. Toss and served, best served if chilled.
