Student Parking Agreement
STUDENT PARKING AGREEMENT
- All students who park on campus must purchase a student parking permit. Any student who parks on campus without a permit will receive a $50 fine. Continued violations may result in booting or towing of the student’s vehicle. All towing is done by a commercial towing company. Lee High School is not responsible for damage to towed vehicles.
- Students will receive a warning for the first parking violation. Students will receive a $50 fine for the second and an additional $50 fine for the third violation. The student’s vehicle will be booted on the fourth violation. Towing will be enforced for continued violations.
- Students must park in the lot directly in front of the school, or in the lot in front of the ticket booth in front of the stadium, provided a parking permit has been obtained. Students who park in other areas are in violation of the student parking agreement and are subject to fines, booting, revocation of parking privileges, and/or towing.
- Students must display parking permits from the rear view mirror, facing outwards, so they can be easily read and identified.
- Students may not return to their vehicle during the school day without the approval of an administrator.
- Students must adhere to speed limits and safe driving behavior at all times. CAMPUS SPEED LIMIT IS 15 miles per hour (MPH) at ALL TIMES. Revocation of parking privileges can occur for unsafe driving.
- Students, including car-pool members who illegally leave the school campus during the school day will be referred to their administrator and their vehicle will be subject to search by school security personnel and/or administrators upon return to campus. Subsequent violations could result in the permanent revocation of parking privileges.
- Students who leave school grounds without permission are subject to revocation of parking privileges.
- Parking permit fees will not be refunded for revoked permits.
- Student drivers must follow the directions of security staff directing traffic in the parking lot.
- Students are subject to all state and county traffic laws, including the report of traffic accidents and/or damage to other vehicles that occur at the school parking lots. It is illegal to pass a school bus that is loading or unloading.
