General Information / Helpful Hints
1. There will be a MANDATORY 10-11 Division Team Manager Meeting on July 19, 2014 at 8:00 AM. At this meeting the tournament format, schedule, and rules will be discussed. If you have any questions about this tournament get them asked and answered at this meeting.
2. There will be a MANDATORY 11-12 Division Team Manager Meeting on July 18, 2014 at 5:00 PM. At this meeting the tournament format, schedule, and rules will be discussed. If you have any questions about this tournament get them asked and answered at this meeting
3. The following will be reviewed at the above meeting or before your first game
· Team Affidavits and supporting paperwork
· Medical Release Forms
· All Paperwork problems will need to be resolved per LL Rules/Regulations
4. Games will be played in accordance with Tournament Rules
5. Umpires will check all equipment prior to each game – faulty equipment will be removed and will not be allowed to be used. Faulty equipment will be returned after the teams’ completion of the tournament.
6. Pitching Affidavits will be filled out completely following each game. The Manager is responsible to assure the Affidavits are accurate BEFORE leaving the park/facility.
7. Teams should arrive at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled game start time.
8. Line-Up Cards must include players first and last name
9. Team Warm-Up areas are provided. No hitting balls against the fences.
10. Teams must pick up trash in dugout before vacating.
11. NO COOLERS are allowed inside the park (Exception: A team may have a cooler in the dugout with drinks, wet towels, etc for the manager, coaches and players). Please make sure your team and their parents/relatives/fns are aware of this rule. We do not want to have any problems with people trying to bring Coolers / Food / Drinks into the park. Food and Drink are available at the Concession Stand.
12. The use of tobacco and alcohol are strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas – No Exceptions.
13. Obscene language or harassment by anyone will not be tolerated. Offenders will be ejected from the park.
