  • All athletes must report in good time for their event – at least20 minutes prior to the advertised start of the event
  • Numbers should be worn on front and back in all track events and on the front or back of the vest in field events.
  • In Shot Put, and Long Jump events, all competitors will be permitted 4 attempts.
  • Senior Implements will be used in the Shot Put event
  • Finals will be run at the heat or semi-final time if there are insufficient declarations on the day for heats.
  • If there are more than 12 starters in any 60m or 400m event then a B Final MAY be held prior to the start of the main (A) Final in that event .
  • Medals are awarded to the first three in each event subject to sufficient entries. (Minimum 2 entries Gold; Minimum 3 entries Gold & Silver; Minimum 5 entries Gold, Silver, Bronze)
  • Presentation of medals will take place beside the Registration desk shortly after the conclusion of the event, when results have been verified.
  • 800m and 3000m will be graded races with the slowest grading times running in the first race. Medals will be awarded to athletes with the three overall best times.
  • Relays - if there are more than 6 entries, medals will be awarded to the fastest 3 teams from the 2 or more races required.
