DIRECTIONS TO:

SPARTA RECREATION OFFICE

VIA ROUTE 80

From Route 80 take Exit 34B (Route 15 North). Follow Route 15 approximately 10 miles and take the 2nd Sparta exit (the 1st one is Lake Mohawk Business District)

You want to get off at the exit marked “Route 517 “Sparta/Franklin”.

At the end of the exit ramp, turn left and proceed to 3rd traffic light (the first one is the entrance ramp to Rt. 15, the second one is the entrance to the Stop & Shop, & the 3rd light is at the Sparta Avenue intersection). Turn left onto Sparta Avenue. Proceed to next light and turn right onto Rt. 181 (Woodport Rd.). About 200 yards after you turn there is a fork in the road, bear right (the Sparta Library is on your right), turn into the first driveway and turn right into the parking lot. We are located in the lower level of the library, entrance on the side of the building.

STATION PARK

VIA ROUTE 80

Take Route 80 West to Exit 34B (Route 15 North) Follow 15 North approximately 10 miles to the second Sparta exit. Sparta – Franklin Route 517. At the light at the exit ramp make a right onto 517 North. At the first light you will make a left. That is Station Road and the park is on your right. Go to the main entrance to the park.

DIRECTIONS TO SPARTA SENIOR CENTER

VIA ROUTE 80

Take Route 80 West to Exit 34 B (Rte. 15 North). Follow 15 N approximately 10 miles to the second Sparta exit. (Sign reads “Rte. 517”). At the traffic signal at the exit make a left turn on to Route 517 South. Stay on this road through three (3) traffic signals. (At the third light there will be a Church and a Shell Gas Station on the right), Immediately after the third traffic light (and across from the Shell Station). You will need to get into the left lane and make a left turn onto Knoll Road. You will then make a quick right onto Trapasso Drive – after the second speed bump you will make a left and the Senior Center is on the right

DIRECTIONS TO CAMP SACAJAWEA

VIA ROUTE 80

Take Route 80 West to Exit 34B (Rte. 15 North). Follow Route 15 North approximately 10-11 miles. You will come to the end of the four lane highway – this is still Route 15 North. (There is a traffic light where the four lane highway ends.) Stay on this road (Rte 15) until you come to the second traffic light (approximately 4 miles). At this light you will make a right hand turn onto ‘White Lake Road”. Follow this road 1.1 of a mile and the Camp is on your right. You can park in the front of the main house.
