Signing On Procedure

CHECK THAT YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS ARE CORRECTLY SHOWN ON YOUR CARD AND SIGN IT BEFORE COMING TO THE CAMPSITE MARQUEE. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE NEXT OF KIN INFORMATION. International Motor Sports Ltd keeps records of all Grand Prix marshals and the information on your Signing On Card is an important part of that record, so it is critical that it is right! Please do not use somebody else’s card because you will not have the proper legal protection for the event.

Signing On Notes

It is essential that you arrive at the marquee on time, ready to sign on, with your card fully completed, for YOUR first day. On the days you are to roll call on post, you MUST be there at the time stated. On Saturday, if you are not a Team Leader and have already signed on Friday, you should go straight to the relevant Signing On Location by the time stated.

Team Leaders must Roll Call their teams on Saturday and on Sunday at the below locations.

The detailed timetable for different groups is below. Please make sure you understand where you are to be, and when – and be there on time. If any one group is late, it will slow the whole process and, if it’s wet, we’ll all suffer for that!
