It was very empowering, sharing a connection with the other ladies, she didn’t feel so alone.

Sharene has feels blessed to have met many mentors from WIB including, Danna, Trina, Kelly, Jessica, Tamara and Wanda, to name a few. In her words, she loves this group and couldn’t imagine where I’d be without all these wonderful ladies.

Sharene states the biggest challenge starting her company was not knowing where to go or who to talk to about the millions of questions that needed to be answered, I had never worked for myself or owned a business. Since joining our WIB Network, Sharenehas received such benefits as, networking with other business owners, gaining knowledge, input on her business plan, the steps required to answer the unknown, how to receive funding and who to obtain funding through are just a few of the benefits from attending, conference and workshops events.

Because of WIB, Sharenewas able to overcome the challenges, getting the answers needed from professionals, conversing with others, empowerment to keep going, providing a group that I could consult with when I was stuck and the feeling that it will come together in good time, building something you want to last forever will take time, to do it right!
