Details and specifications of the assignment:

In pairs or individually, you must create an informative pamphlet for a clinic that treats a sexual dysfunction; an STI; a contraceptive method; etc.

(Pages in the book: 257-275).

The pamphlet: is a tool for you to communicate your services and your topic.

  1. Specifications:

a)The pamphlet is completed on an 8½ x 11 paper.

b)The pamphlet is printed in colour, back to back. Avoid white spaces.

c)You will use word, publisher or any other acceptable software (Please consult with me)

d)The pamphlet is written Arial font 10-12

e)The pamphlet should contain pictures (At least 3), clinic name, clinic logo, clinic address, clinic slogan, clinic website

f)Three described pictures.

  1. The organization of your pamphlet: below is a diagram of a pamphlet. You will organize your pamphlet in this fashion.
  1. I encourage you to be creative. Your pamphlet should gain some attention, it should be visually appealing. Remember: you are trying to convince clients to use your services.
  1. Beware of spelling and grammar mistakes.
  1. In terms of Disease: talk about prevention and treatment. Puberty or pregnancy: talk about stages of development. Vasectomy: talk about the surgery process.
  1. Try to be as creative as you can. Your pamphlet needs to be clear, detailed and appeal to the public.
  1. Grammar and spelling: avoid use of slang terminology.
