SAFLOK™ 700 CONCEALED-FIX SHEETING

(* refer to table indicated)

The roof sheeting shall be double-interlocking concealed-fix SAFINTRA SAFLOK™ 700 profile roll-formed in continuous lengths and cut to length by a pneumatic cut-off process from certified *material. All sheeting is to be clearly marked on the reverse side at one-metre intervals indicating thickness, material quality, coating thickness and paint system. A certificate verifying material compliance shall be issued by the manufacturer.

The profile shall be roll formed with 4 ribs of 41.5 mm depth, centres not exceeding 233 mm and a cover width not exceeding 700 mm. The male rib is to include spurs to ensure a double interlocking action with adjacent sheets. Two stiffening ribs shall be incorporated in each pan.

Patented and marked SAFLOK™ 700 clips shall be used to secure the sheet,fixed to (timber/steel) purlins or rails at spacings in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. The clip shall be fixed with SAFINTRA FIXTITE™ or other approved fasteners in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and material warranty requirements.

SAFLOK™ 410 CONCEALED-FIX SHEETING

(* refer to table indicated below)

The roof sheeting shall be double-interlocking concealed-fix SAFINTRA SAFLOK™ 410 profile roll-formed in continuous lengths and cut to length by a pneumatic cut-off process from certified *material. All sheeting is to be clearly marked on the reverse side at one-metre intervals indicating thickness, material quality, coating thickness and paint system. A certificate verifying material compliance shall be issued by the manufacturer.

The profile shall be roll formed with 3 ribs of 41 mm depth, at centres not exceeding 205 mm and a cover width not exceeding 410 mm. The male rib is to include spurs to ensure a double interlocking action with adjacent sheets. Two stiffening ribs shall be incorporated in each pan.

Patented and marked SAFLOK™ 410 clips shall be used to secure the sheet,fixed to (timber/steel) purlins or rails at spacings in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. NEWLOK™ STANDING SEAM SHEETING - SNAPPED

The roof sheeting shall be snap locked SAFINTRA NEWLOK™ profile roll-formed in continuous lengths and cut to length by a pneumatic cut-off process from certified *material. All sheeting is to be clearly marked on the reverse side at one-metre intervals indicating thickness, material quality, coating thickness and paint system. A certificate verifying material compliance shall be issued by the manufacturer.

The profile shall be roll formed with 2 ribs of 50.8mm depth, centres and cover width not exceeding 445mm. The female rib is snapped into position over the male rib. Two stiffening ribs shall be incorporated in the pan.

The roof sheeting shall be snap locked and seamed SAFINTRA NEWLOK™ profile roll-formed in continuous lengths and cut to length by a pneumatic cut-off process from certified *material. All sheeting is to be clearly marked on the reverse side at one-metre intervals indicating thickness, material quality, coating thickness and paint system. A certificate verifying material compliance shall be issued by the manufacturer.

The profile shall be roll formed with 2 ribs of 50.8mm depth, centres and cover width not exceeding 445mm. The female rib is snapped into position over the male rib and then seamed. Two stiffening ribs shall be incorporated in the pan.

Patented and marked NEWLOK™ clips shall be used to secure the sheets, fixed to (timber/steel) purlins or rails at spacings in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. CLASSICORR™ CORRUGATED PIERCED-FIX SHEETING

The roof sheeting shall be SAFINTRA CLASSICORR™ CORRUGATED roof sheeting roll-formed and cut to length by a pneumatic cut-off process from certified *material. All sheeting is to be clearly marked on the reverse side at one-metre intervals indicating thickness, material quality, coating thickness and paint system. A certificate verifying material compliance shall be issued by the manufacturer.

The profile shall be formed with the rib height of 17.5mm and 10.5 corrugations at 76mm centers and a nett cover width of 762mm when lapped. The sheet shall be secured to (timber/steel) purlins or rails at spacings in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

CLASSICORR™ CORRUGATED sheets shall be fixed through the crests of alternate ribs with 3 fasteners per sheet per purlin, with side laps to be stitched at 500mm centers between purlins. They shall be fixed with SAFINTRA FIXTITE™ or other approved fasteners in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and material warranty requirements.

TUFDEK™ IBR PIERCED-FIX SHEETING

The roof sheeting shall be SAFINTRA TUFDEK™ IBR roll-formed and cut to length by a pneumatic cut-off process from certified *material. All sheeting is to be clearly marked on the reverse side at one-metre intervals indicating thickness, material quality, coating thickness and paint system. A certificate verifying material compliance shall be issued by the manufacturer.

The profile shall be formed with 5 trapezoidal ribs each 36,5mm high, at 171.5mm centers with a nett cover width of 686mm when lapped. The sheet shall be secured to (timber/steel) purlins or rails at spacings in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

SAFINTRA TUFDEK™ IBR sheets shall be fixed through the crests at every second crest, at intermediate purlins and at every crest at eaves purlins, with side laps to be stitched at 500mm centers between purlins. They shall be fixed with SAFINTRA FIXTITE™ or other approved fasteners in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and material warranty requirements.

The profile shall be formed with 5 trapezoidal ribs each 29 mm high, at 191mm centers, and a nett cover width of 760 mm when lapped. The sheet shall be secured to (timber/steel) purlins or rails at spacings in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

The profile shall be formed with 8 trapezoidal ribs each 38 mm high, at 127 mm centers, and a nett cover width of 889 mm when lapped. The sheet shall be secured to (timber/steel) purlins or rails at spacings in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

SAFINTRA FLUTELINE™ Industrial 7 sheets shall be fixed through the crests at first, third, fourth and sixth crest of each sheet and at every crest at eaves purlins, with side laps to be stitched at 500mm centers between purlins. They shall be fixed with SAFINTRA FIXTITE™ or other approved fasteners in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and material warranty requirements.

The profile shall be formed with 6 trapezoidal ribs each 26.5 mm high, at 203 mm centers, and a nett cover width of 1015 mm when lapped. The sheet shall be secured to (timber/steel) purlins or rails at spacings in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

The roof sheeting shall be the SAFINTRA VERSATILE ™ profile roll-formed and cut to length by a pneumatic cut-off process from certified *material. All sheeting is to be clearly marked on the reverse side at one-metre intervals indicating thickness, material quality, coating thickness and paint system. A certificate verifying material compliance shall be issued by the manufacturer.

The profile shall be roll-formed with 4 large corrugations at 185mm centers with a rib height of 25.5mm giving a nett cover of 740mm when lapped. The sheet shall be secured to (timber/steel) purlins or rails at spacings in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

SAFINTRA VERSATILE ™ sheets shall have a tile depth of 300mm, and shall be fixed through the crests at every second crest (600mm intervals), at every crest at eaves purlins, and with side laps to be stitched at 500mm centers between purlins. They shall be fixed with SAFINTRA FIXTITE™ or other approved fasteners in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and material warranty requirements.
