Rules for each scholarship applicant as stated by the

Northeast Texas Livestock Association Scholarship Committee

  1. Applicant must fill out this form completely and exactly as stated to establish a fair level of participation.
  2. Applicant must have participated in the NETLA Junior Market Show or NETLA Junior Dairy Show for at least two (2) years.
  3. Applicant must be a high school senior with a minimum 2.5 GPA, and ready to attend higher education courses the following fall semester.
  4. An official high school transcript must be attached to this application.
  5. Recipient of scholarship must show proof of registration to applicable school/institution to Amy Fairchild.
  6. Deadline to submit proof of registration is September 30th.
  7. Scholarship money will be paid directly to school/institution.
  8. If for any reason recipient is unable to enroll and attend the fall semester of chosen school/institution the scholarship money will be returned to NETLA. Scholarship money may transfer to another school/institution with NETLA approval.
  9. Scholarship awarded will be a minimum of $500.00.
