1. Vocabulary, including principal parts of verbs, genitives Papers Lists given

of nouns and genitives or nominatives of the three genders 1, 2, 3 & 4

of adjectives.

Short Cuts

There is no short cut as regards priorities 1 and 2 above. The vocabulary and the set texts

need to be learnt very well. Suggestion for last minute revision: read through English

translations of set texts the evening before, or the morning before the exam.

As regards conjugation of verbs and declension of nouns and adjectives, around 70% of

the occurances in Paper 1,2 are covered by the attached sheets. You also need to look

carefully at C.L.C. V, pp. 118 – 119, 116 – 118, 120 -121, 124 -135.

Likely Frequency of Verbs in Paper 1 and 2 - Last Minute Revision

Prioritise your last minute revision of verbs using this table. One main point is that very few are likely to be passive.
