(Please note if you have multiple crafts then you may be asked to exclude some of them from any event if this increases the overall number of specific crafts at events to a level that is deemed excessive and thus unfair to those exhibitors with just one main craft e.g. jewellery, textiles, ceramics etc.)

All requested forms will then be sent to you by email, together with our standard compulsory paperwork.
Our 2018 Event Information with regard to our standard procedures is available at and we would encourage you to read/download it, even if you are familiar with our events, as we do make changes from time to time.
Requesting our Booking Forms is not a commitment to participate from either party but they will give you the individual event prices together with more information on the event itself.
Taster, Demonstration and Part Period stalls are available at our discretion at some of our events, as indicated below.
Security will be operating at all our events and stock may be left overnight, at your own risk.

Although it is a 9 day event it is also split into three 3 day trading periods. Discounts available if all 9 days are applied for.
Note: It is a half term school holiday and Cardiff Bay also welcomes the Volvo Ocean Race eventfrom the 27 May to the 10 June. Information on this event can be found here

7 / Barry Island - Beats, Eats and Treats 2018
Saturday 30 and Sunday 1 July(Please note the Vale Council have changed the date this year)
A family event on the promenade overlooking Whitmore Bay organised by Activities to include live music, walkabout entertainment, beach games, food and drink from all three twinned towns, cookery demonstrations and a bar. Welsh food will also be highlighted together with our own art and craft stalls.
If space allows children’s workshops and demonstration stalls may also be available.

Saturday 4 to Saturday 18 August
Although it is a15 day event it is also split into two trading periods, of 8 and 7 days respectively.
If you are accepted in a Taster Stall at the Cardiff Christmas Market shorter “trial run” periods may be available as this is an ideal way of experimenting with your display, lighting etc
The 2018 National Eisteddfod will be held in and around Cardiff Bay during the first week of our event. Further visitor numbers could be expected in the City Centre as due to the locations used for some of their stands the usual fence will not surround the Maes thus enabling visitors to come and go at their leisure.

Trade, co-operative, taster stalls and part period stalls are available at our discretion.
In Craft*folK wooden stalls.
An additional discount is also available at the Cardiff Christmas Market if you have applied and been accepted for the full duration of all three City Centre events (Cardiff Spring, Summer and Christmas). This offer will become null and void if you subsequently cancel either the Spring or Summer event.
Please note this offer is not available for Taster Stall, Trade or Co-operative bookings.

Although it is a15 day event it is also split into two trading periods, of 8 and 7 days respectively.
18 / Cardiff Summer Festival - Trial Run 2018 – 4 to 18 August.Split into two trading periods of 8 and 7 days respectively. Shorter trading slots may be available depending on uptake of 4 or 3 days duration.
Please note that this offer is only available if you have already been accepted to take part in the Cardiff Christmas Market.
19 / Cardiff Christmas Market 2018 – 15November to 23 December. Split into 6 trading periods of five, six or seven day duration.
