ACTIONS TAKEN SINCE LAST MEETING:

Apologies for not using correct form but have not had the availability to arrange Zone meeting in enough time.

Zone Meeting is planned for 9th December 2014 at the Peter Wells Community Hall, Clent Rd, Oldbury B68 0LP. We will have a presentation about the current Lions Youth Projects.

I have attended and enjoyed Autumn Forum.

I have spoken to all clubs at the forum, on social media and by phone. All clubs are busy and active and most use social media to promote their activities and are supportive of each other.

Plans are still in place for a new club to be formed in Quinton, although there are potential members it is proving difficult to get them all together at the same time and in the same place.

Birmingham Chinatown

A very busy and active club.

Lots of fundraising and service taking place.

Condolences to all club members for the recent passing of Lion President David Cox and thanks to Lion Stewart for taking on the presidency.

Birmingham Handsworth

Again, a very busy and active club.

Lots of fundraising and service taking place.

Birmingham Edgbaston

Lion President Randhir is recovering well from an injury. A further update will be provided at the forthcoming zone meeting.

Birmingham Moseley and Kings Heath

Again, a very busy and active club.

Lots of fundraising and service taking place.

Recently inducted new members.

Sandwell

Again, a very busy and active club.

Lots of fundraising and service taking place.

Preparations for Convention 2015 well underway.
