1.0 Logging In:
To login to MyCoyote Self-Service web site:
1.Type your MyCoyote Identification in the Coyote ID text box
2.Type your Password in the Password text box
3.Select the Sign In button.ge of m

2.0 Navigating to Student Center Self-Service:
To navigate to the MyCoyote Student Center Self-Service web site,

Inside the Student Center web site, there are three sections:
1.Academics section
2.Finances section
3.Personal Information section
3.0 The Academics Section:

Select the Search link to search for classes from a selected term.
Select the Enrolllink view the class schedule, add/drop/swap a class, and view appointments/enrollment dates for a selected term.
Select the My Academics link to view the academic information (such as the course history, and unofficial transcripts).
To access other academic pages, select the option from the other academic… drop down list

In other academic drop down list, pick the page from:
1.Class Schedule
2.Course history
3.Enrollment Verification
4.Enrollment: Add
5.Enrollment: Drop
6.Enrollment: Swap
7.Exam Schedule
8.Grades
9.Transcript: View Unoffical
The Academic section provides a button to search for classes.
Select the Search for Classes button to search for classes.
4.0 The Finances Section:
The Finances section provides links to view your student finance information.
Select the Account Inquiry link to see a summary of your accountinformation.

Select the Enroll In Direct Deposit link to enroll in the direct deposit system.
Select the make a payment link to pay your fees with credit card or electronic check.
Select the View Financial Aid link to view your financial aid information.
Select the Accept/Decline Awards link to accept or decline the awards for a selected aid year.
To access other Finances pages, select the option from the other financial… drop down list.
In other finances… drop down list, there are five options:
1.Account Activity
2.Charges Due
3.Payments
4.Pending Financial Aid
5.View Student Permissions
5.0 The Personal Information Section:
The Personal Information section provides links to view your demographic information, emergency contact, and contact information.
Select the Demographic Data link to view your demographic information.
Select the Emergency Contact link to view your emergency contact, add a new contact, and edit an existing contact.

In the Contact Information box you can view/add/edit your address and phone information.
Select from the other personal drop-down list to view add or edit other personal information such as:
1.Addresses
2.Phone Numbers
3.Privacy Settings
