*Current ApHC membership cards must be shown for inspection.

*Coggins must be within 12 months.

*OUT OF STATE HORSE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT A HEALTH CERTIFICATE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHOW DATE WHEN CHECKING IN AT THE STABLE OFFICE * ENTRIES MUST BE MADE 2 CLASSES AHEAD!!!

***pre-entries--ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WITHOUT A VETERINARY CERTIFICATE PRIOR TO OR VISIBLE CAUSE AS DETERMINED BY THE SHOW COMMITTEE!!

CLASSES MUST BE SCRATCHED 2 CLASSES AHEAD OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED !!

*NO REFUNDS ON STALLS.!!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

*Shavings are available for purchase through the Va Horse Center.

*RETURN CHECK FEE $50

*NO smoking in coliseum or barns.

NO LOOSE DOGS ARE ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES! All dogs that are not crated must have a leash with a person holding the leash. LOOSE DOGS WILL INCUR A $100 FINE PAID TO THE VA HORSE CENTER!!!!!

*No trash or sharps in manure pits or stalls. Sharps must be placed in red boxes in barns.

EACH STALL --$65 IF PAID BY March 24th $75 AFTER March 24th

Stalls are available at 9:00 AM on Friday April 13th

COGGINS IS PRESENTED!!!!!!! Office fee ------$10 per horse

Hi Pt Awards---Champion & Reserve to : Walk/trot 10 & UNDER, Walk/trot 11-18,Y/A 18 & under, novice youth, non-pro, N/P 35& over, novice N/P, N/P Walk/Trot, games, overall performance horse, ranch horse.
