Registration

Your registration is final after receiving your registration form and non-refundable down payment of
€ 350 per person for 2 weeks, or € 250 per person for 1 week stay. The non-refundable down payment is required for the children as well.

After this procedure, we will send you a confirmation of your registration as well as furtherdetailed information including travel directions and a suggestion list what you may bring with you.

Attention: visa requirements

When coming from a countrythat requires a special entry / tourist visa for the EU or the Netherlands, for example Arab countries, you will need to register 6-8 weeks prior to apply for the visa. After we receive your registration form, down payment and scanned copy of your passport, we will possibly send you a letter of invitation. You will need to submit this invitation letter at the Netherlands Embassy in your country. Please contact our office for more information.

Refund policy

In case of cancellation, up to 2 weeks prior to the Summer Conference, a full refund is granted except for the € 350 (for 2 weeks registration) or € 250 (for 1 week registration) non refundable down payment per person.

If cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the conference, or during your stay, or in case of no show up, no refund is granted.
