Re: Gala Concert, Sunday 9th July 2017
We are delighted to announce that tickets for our Gala Concert are now available to purchase on Ticket Source ( Tickets are available at £5.00 per adult, £3.00 per concession (2-18 years & 60+) or £13.00 for a family ticket (2 adults + 2 concessions). Please note tickets will not be available to purchase from the Music Service office.
As there are four concerts across the course of the day please ensure that you purchase the correct tickets for the correct concert as we will not be able to exchange tickets. The ensembles will be performing as follows:
Concert 1:10.00am - 11.15am / Concert 2:
12.00pm - 1.15pm / Concert 3:
2.00pm - 3.15pm / Concert 4:
4.00pm - 5.00pm

Concert Band
Arrival Time: All pupils must arrive 45 minutes before their concert start time and go to the foyer where they will be directed to their Green Room.
Concert Dress:
Percussion Impossible, Jazz Collective, Concert Band, Philharmonic Orchestra: Black shirt (suitable for a tie), black trousers/skirt, black/white socks, black shoes (not trainers).
All other Ensembles: White Shirt (suitable for a tie), black trousers/skirt, black/white socks, black shoes (not trainers).
Infants: School uniform
Ties (where applicable): Pupils will be provided with a TMS tie of the correct colour on the day of the performance. The ties are all clip on and help will be given to clip these on to our younger pupils. The ties must be returned at the end of the concerts.
Friends of Trafford Music Service
The Friends of Trafford Music Service will be fund raising at the Gala Concert. As part of this fund raising they will be running a BBQ and refreshments/cake stall. If you are free to help then please get in touch. In addition, if you own a small business and would like to sell your items at the concert, then stalls will be available at £25.00 per pitch. We are also looking for a face painter and a balloon entertainer. If you are interested or available to help please contact the Friends via and we will forward your email on to them.
Friends of Trafford Music Service have been successful in reaching the second stage of the Make Sale Smile funding application but we need your votes to help secure up to £1000.00 of funding. If you are free on Sunday 18thJune please visit Sale Lions Fun Day at Worthington Park and vote for the Music Service. Voting takes place between 12.00pm and 2.00pm and we would love to be successful in our bid for funding which will provide staging for our future concerts. Thank you for your support.
