Entries will be accepted from unregistered swimmers for Sunday events ONLY via email to .
ENTRIES CLOSE: 29 February 2016.
ENTRY FEE: $5.00 per event (excluding 25m events). Refunds will be given only if a swimmer withdraws via email to prior to the closing date for entries. For internal club reporting the TM e-file available at
25m (‘Come and Try’) EVENTS: There is no cost to participate in these events. Entries are limited to swimmers who do not have an official 50m time for that stroke. Entries will be accepted via email or prior to 9.00am on the Sunday of the meet. There are no medals for 25m events.
LATE ENTRIES: $15 per event. Late entries taken on the day (until 8.45am Saturday and 9.00am on Sunday) if the timeline permits and at the discretion of the Meet Director. Late entries will be checked for compliance with qualifying times, using times registered on the National Results Database.
No refunds for late entries that do not meet the qualifying times.
QUALIFYING TIMES: Apply on Saturday only.Swimmers are entered in events using their best official short or long course time. For Sunday, swimmers without a time will be entered as NT (No time).
As per SNSW approval conditions, entries will only be accepted from swimmers who did not qualify for NSW State Open.
The Meet Director reserves the right to vary the program and conditions. The Meet Director may stop accepting entries prior to the advertised closing date if the number of entries exceeds timeline requirements.

MEDALS: Medals will be awarded for the first three male and female place getters in each event as follows:

50m events: 8 & under,9,10,11,12,13,14, 15 & Over;
100m events: 8 & under,9,10,11,12,13,14, 15 & Over;
200m IM: 10 & under; 11-12; 13-14; and 15 & over;
200m stroke events: 12 & under; 13-14; and 15 & over;
400m freestyle: 12 & under; 13-14; and 15 & over.
Relays: One set of Medals per event

There are no medals for 25m events.
RELAYS: $10.00 per relay team per event. Relay entries taken at the meet only. Relay entries accepted until event 78. Relay teams can be single or mixed gender teams to achieve whatever outcome is desired by the competing club. Event 99 will be two legs each of breaststroke and butterfly.
OFFICIALS: Clubs will be allocated lanes for timekeeping. Other visiting officials are welcome to nominate by email to . Lunch and refreshments provided to officials on duty.
The QAC facility is an 8 lane outdoor pool. Semi-Automatic timing will be used. The non-competition end of the pool will be available for warm-up/-down during the meet.
Entry fees are payable for competitors and spectators.
Visiting families and clubs are encouraged to bring marquees and folding chairs.
There is ample free parking available on-site.
