The following Switchvox SMB systems and multi-year maintenance and subscription renewals were purchased from a Digium Authorized Distributor between January 1st and March 31st 2011. (Include a copy of the distributor invoice dated January 1-March 31, 2011 with claim form).

Who: Select, Registered or DMR Partners Worldwide

What/When: Any Switchvox SMB appliance purchased with multi-year maintenance and subscription renewals between January 1 and March 31, 2011 will receive an extended hardware warranty at no additional cost.

Digium Select, Registered and DMR Partners who purchase any Switchvox SMB appliance with multi-year maintenance and subscription renewals will receive the equivalent term extended hardware warranty FREE.

To be eligible for a FREE extended hardware warranty, a Switchvox appliance with SMB software must be purchased with a multi-year Updates and Maintenance and Subscription Renewals for the total number of subscriptions purchased.

Place your qualifying order with a participating Authorized Digium Distributor and automatically receive your extended warranty.

How:Outside the U.S. and Canada

To receive the extended warranty offer, please complete the claim form in the Promotions section of the Digium Partner Portal and attach the required documentation. The extended warranty code will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the claim form.

Submit: 1) completed claim form and 2) a copy of invoice from the Digium Authorized Distributor who supplied the Digium product on the claim form. Submit these forms via this form by April 8, 2011.
