Before you complete any details in the spreadsheet below, please first download and save on your own hard drive in WORD format. Once completed, kindly save using the filename format as per instruction below, then attach to an email with the rest of the supporting documentation and e-mail to to be reviewed and uploaded. If you have difficulty to download or provide in WORD format, please contact Renier on 082 604 5836. Please ensure thatALL of the supporting documentation as per listed requirements are submitted as well. Supporting documentation can be sent in any format convenient for you as long as we are able to open the attachment – it can be scanned, saved in PDF, TIFF, ect and attached to the same or another e-mail, or it can be faxed.

Please allow at least 1 week for the website listings to be uploaded. We will try to upload as soon as possible, however we ask that you understand that there is no full-time person employed for the updating of the LRKC website.
