Flexible machine concepts for complex turnkey solutions
Fill Machine Engineering demonstrates at the AMB Fair in Stuttgart how modern and economical metalworking works.
"Putting Industry 4.0 into practice." That was the motto of the new Fill syncromill machining centers at the AMB in Stuttgart. At the international showcase for metalworking, the Upper Austrian company presented itself as a pioneer of modern metal machining. The syncromill c22-63 machining center on show at the AMB for the first time could be seen live in action at the Fill exhibition stand. A particular feature of this system is a flexible machine concept that is able to perform several machining operations simultaneously.
Stuttgart/Gurten, 29 September 2016 – As a process and full-range supplier with decades of experience, Fill Machine Engineering solves even highly complex metal machining challenges reliably and economically. With the new generation of syncromill machining centers, the machine engineering experts have taken a major step forward in setting new productivity and quality standards in metalworking. "By linking several machines, we supply cost-effective solutions for large production runs tailored exactly to the individual needs of our customers. And all from a single source," explains Friedrich Dallinger, Head of the Competence Center Metal Machining Technology at Fill Machine Engineering.
Meeting point for the international metalworking industry
The Fill exhibition stand at the AMB Fair from 13 to 17 September in Stuttgart was a popular meeting point for trade visitors. International customers and partners met here to find out about the latest technologies in a relaxed atmosphere. They were able to convince themselves of the productivity, performance, precision, and the highest levels of energy efficiency of the Fill machines and plants. "Lightweight construction in the automotive industry" and "e-mobility" were the main topics of discussion at this year's AMB. Fill Machine Engineering has been developing and supplying high-tech solutions for this tailored specifically to the demands of its customers for several years now.
syncromill c22-63
The syncromill c22-63 machining center presented for the first time at the AMB features a flexible machine concept that allows several machining operations to be performed simultaneously. So loading and unloading can take place while components are being machined. This results in a substantial increase in productivity. Furthermore, the syncromill c22-63 impresses with extremely short chip-to-chip times. The sophisticated tool changing concept enables efficient, space-saving, economical production of complex workpieces. The workpiece clamping fixtures designed, developed, and produced by Fill for this purpose represent a major benefit for the customer. The optimum balance between machine, clamping fixture, tool and workpiece is a key Fill competence that guarantees the highest quality and precision during machining of the parts.
Ongoing further development for optimum customer solutions
The Austrian machine engineering experts ensure the long-term success of their customers through continuous research and development work. In conjunction with intelligent networking systems in the context of Industry 4.0, processes are continuously advanced and specific component data are processed during production. As special machine builder and system integrator, Fill develops machine concepts for a wide variety of part sizes that are perfectly adapted to the individual customers' demands.
