Puppy Sale Contract and Agreement

This contract is between:
, (Breeder) and , (Buyer).
The Buyer agrees to obtain from this Breeder an AKC registerable Alaskan MalamutePuppy/Dog for the amount of $900.00 that is to be paid in full before ownership of the dog is transferred to the buyer.

A nonrefundable deposit of $400 is required to hold the Puppy/Dog of choice and will go towards the purchase price. This deposit is not refundable but can be transferred to a future litter if a puppy of choice isn't available. Should the remaining balance of $_____ not be paid within 21 days from notification of the puppies availability, the Breeder reserves the right to relist the puppy as available without any further obligation to buyer placing this deposit.

Buyer's And Breeder's Agreements

1.) Under no circumstance will this puppy/dog be leased, sold, traded or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter, puppy mill or similar facility. Under no circumstances will this puppy/dog be used in any illegal or immoral activities.

2.) The buyer agrees to take good care of this puppy/dog which includes proper housing and proper feeding on a quality brand dog food.

3.) If at any time the Buyer can no longer retain possession of this puppy/dog, The breeder is to be notified immediately and the Buyer is to return the puppy to the Breeder. Refunds will not be given under any circumstance. The puppy/dog will be returned with all AKC documentation and medical records.

4.) Breeder agrees to provide the first core canine vaccination prior to completion of sale. Buyer will be expected to provide and pay for all additional vaccinations or veterinary costs that occur following the completion of sale.

The Buyer’s agreements will continue for the dog’s life and the Breeder will have the right to enforce these agreements.

Alter Contract

This puppy/dog is purchased as a Pet__ | Breeding__ | Show__ puppy/dog.

This puppy/dog is to be spayed/neutered by at 9 months of age if purchased with Limited AKC registration. Original documentation of alteration must be then sent to Breeder. If proof of alteration is not sent to the Breeder by , Buyer agrees to pay an additional $600 for Breeding Rights or surrender the puppy immediately, decision is Breeders.
