Critical element: Increase in proficiency of a new skill.
Video the student before learning a new jump rope individual skill. Have them use a teaching partner and/or a video to see how the skill is done. After 3-4 practice sessions, video again and do verbal survey of what they did to improve.
Teacher observation of the video before and after to assess improvement in performance of the skill.
