6Issue Logging

6.1Logging Methodology

Any issues that are discovered as part of the manufacturing, testing, installation and or commissioning steps should be documented here (add extra sheets if required).

Any decisions that result in a departure from the initial design should also be documented here.

In logging an issue, an item number should be assigned and the Installation step should be included for easy cross-reference to the steps and check lists.
