Specifically engaged to determine complicated leasehold estates containing old production, mostly in federal BLM & state lands in Wyoming and Colorado and New Mexico. Clients include Sampson Resources and Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas, Inc.
ROUTE SUPERVISOR, CROSS-COUNTRY LAND SERVICES, INC. 1998-1999
Supervised the permitting efforts for Level 3 Communications in 20,000 mile fiber optic build between city-pairs Stamford CT and Hartford CT; Hartford CT and Providence RI; Wilmington DE and Philadelphia PA; Philadelphia PA and Princeton NJ; as well as a local build in and around Jersey City, NJ.
PROJECT DIRECTOR – DT NET, INC. – 2001
Managed nationwide project to renegotiate existing cellular tower ground leases for American Tower Corporation. Our efforts in purchasing or converting ground leases allowed American Tower to capitalized contracts saving the corporation millions of dollars in monthly payments.
MANAGER, LEASING AND ZONING – DIVINE TOWERS, INC. and NORTH SOUTH CONSTRUCTION and DESIGN, INC. – 2000-2001
Supervised the site acquisition efforts of third-party vendors of a multi-million dollar cellular tower build for Bechtel Communications and AT&T Wireless. Provided due diligence on leases, supervised zoning, chaired deployment meetings, scheduled and conducted site reviews, and drafted easements and miscellaneous documents.
