Spring Break
BCFD will be closed during the week of March 20th, 2017 - Enjoy and be safe, but most of all have tons of fun!
Shoe and Attire Orders
Dance shoe and tights orders are ordered on the 15th of each month. Please put your orders in by the 15th. Remember not to wait until the last minute to order for the dance concert, now is the time to order!! Please make sure that you have the proper shoes, etc. for the dance concert - this is a must! We want ourREBEL & RHINESTONES dancers to look MARVELOUS!
Program Ads
The BCFD program book is truly the best around. All have the opportunity to place an ad in the OOH LA LAprogram book - one line ads, business card ads, 1/4 page, 1/2 page, full page & centerfold!! They are such wonderful keep sakes! Be sure to be on the lookout for info that is posted in the dance centre lobby and in your dance files. Information was also sent to you via email. A couple of copies of last season’s dance concert program books are also in the lobby for all to see. They are beautiful!! DEADLINE IS MARCH 9th.

Dance Concert Tickets!
Tickets are going fast! There are still a lot of you that haven’t purchased tickets! Please do not wait until the last minute to purchase yours, you may be disappointed. Everyone will need a ticket to be seated in the theater during the dance concert. Doors will open at approximately 20 - 30 minutes before show time! Even if you plan to arrive half way through the show or reenter at any time, you will still need a ticket. Please fill out your ticket forms and buy your tickets today! Remember, the price increase is March 1st - tickets - $15.00 each. See Ticket Order Forms in the dance centre' lobby.
Anyone who takes up a seat in the auditorium will need a ticket. All tickets reserved seating this season and are 1st come 1st serve.
Cash Only Please!
Cash will only be accepted during the month of May. This is due to accounting purposes and the # of bad checks received in past years for the last month of the season. Please plan ahead for this. Please make sure that your payment is received in an envelope with your name on it and please feel free to hand to Ms. Kim or Ms. Barbara in person - Thank You! Remember, all accounts are to be up to date by May 1st or participation in the dance concert cannot be allowed.

Congrats Micah Hunter, she recently auditioned for the Joffrey Ballet Summer Intensive and was honored to be accepted! Way to go, Micah!!
Congrats to our very own BCFD Dazzlers! They received top honors at the VIP Tampa Regional Dance Competition. You truly amaze us! We are all so very proud of you! Way to go, BCFD Dazzlers!
Congrats to all of our BCFD dancers that made the honor roll for this past 9 weeks grading period! Way to go, dancers!

Picture Days!
The attendance was awesome!! I want to thank all of you for your smiling faces during picture day! Picture days are always lots of fun! It is such an exciting experience for the dancers to put on their costumes and take their pictures! They feel special - too cute for me! Private Lessons and Specialty Routines
It is time to start thinking of our summer schedule - too fun! Please let us know if you desire to have private lessons and/or want to work on specialty routines over the summer in the months to come. It takes time to make sure that we find the perfect music, costumes, and choreography! Please let me know, you can speak to me personally when time is appropriate or you can send an e-mail – click on contact us - thank you! Specialty Routines policies are available upon request. Payment and signed policy forms due April 1st/May 1st for Specialty numbers. Individual private lessons are also available to work on special skills or to perfect old ones - too fun!
Dad’s Dance Practice
If you are a ballet student and/or a student that has been at BCFD for 5 or more years you are invited to participate in our Annual Dad’s Dance! I know that many of the girls look forward to this every year - Dad’s too - ha ha! The Dad’s dance is a tradition at BCFD and is truly special to all involved. If you desire to participate it will be necessary for you to attend the following practices - thank you!
