Full Time

  • Working as Professor and Domain Head - HRM, at TKM Institute of Management (Accredited by NBA), Kollam, Kerala, since 2007. The institute offers Full Time Residential MBA programme of The University of Kerala and is approved by AICTE. The papers dealt include Organizational Behaviour, Personality and Managerial Performance, Environment Management, Entrepreneurship, etc. In addition to teaching other responsibilities include coordinating the activities of the Research Centre; Journal, Corporate Relations Cell, etc. of the Institute.
  • Over 20 years’ of experience in a leading Public Sector General Insurance Company – The New India Assurance Company Ltd, in various departments, which include legal, underwriting, personnel, etc. as Dev. Officer Grade I – Administration. Assignments done include managing the portfolio and liaison with various Corporate and Public Sector companies. Voluntarily retired from service on August 14, 2007.
