  • Business growth and profitability:

Assignment:Growth in OE segment by 8 % on the projected sale budget in last two quarters. The project was to estimate the target market for Business Recovery and market share. The work involved identifying distress situation in company and estimating the market that can be offered a “Business Turnaround Proposition” &identified key market and financial parameters for defining the target market and structured a framework using identified measures.

  • Customer interface management & new business development:
