PRODUCTION MEETING REPORT

Smoke on the Mountain

SCENIC:M. Scroggs

-The stage is put together, great!

-Open to the idea of cutting the doors, not a big deal if it happens. Look at it when we get on the stage. They are being moved if all else fails.

-Still need to install the cyc – will cover the whole back pretty much.

-The foam isn’t attached to the pews, but it doesn’t need to be. They’re not moving.

-Jeremiah: cloth over the podium – just need to be moved up a bit.

-Arches are getting a “stained glass treatment.”

-Looking for the fabric to back them with right now. Other options are pricier, so we’re looking into this option first.

-Fence to sit downstage of the cyc lights.

-Looking to store units at the convention center.

-Re-looking at the pro molding, Molly will look at it with an artistic eye.

-We are going to lose the “short railings.”

-We’ve re-arranged a little, moving the table up on the clamshell unit in front of the pulpit.

-Masking is going up tomorrow – that is the goal. Mid-morning.

-Dressing room deadline: trying to get out by Friday. Push to the corner where spots are? Yes to needing the lower area cleared out for actor’s belongings.

-All issues with tuning fixed? All instruments are covered by the actors, shouldn’t be a problem.

-We stole an extension cord and a power strip. Thanks!

-Scott and Anna – happy piano patch? We’ll do it when we get here.
