Terms and Conditions
- This Grounds Key Agreement for the Barwon Valley Pony Club Inc. A005015C is only for the member(s) named above.
- Payment is due prior to issue of the key. Any access key must be surrendered immediately to the Treasurer or a BVPC Committee member if membership of BVPC ceases.
- Each member’s Grounds Key Agreement will be reviewed and reissued with annual renewal of membership.
- Access to the grounds is not for commercial use unless the event is sanctioned by BVPC.
- It is understood that any use of the grounds for sanctioned riding activities takes priority over my presence on the grounds.
- By accepting these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that there are dangers associated with horse riding and that the Barwon Valley Pony Club Inc. A005015C accepts no liability for any accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever caused by negligence or not.
- This fee is only for the use of the grounds. There is no insurance coverage. Unless you are a paid up member of BVPC you will not be covered by insurance. There is no access to the clubrooms.
- Maintenance of our sand arenas and cross country course is important. Please do not to ride on the sand arenas or the cross country course when they are wet. Please pick up manure and groom the arena when finished. (Harrows are located near the cemetery fence).
- Please immediately report any damage or maintenance required to a BVPC Committee member.
